We hold your date the moment your deposit is received and turn away other inquiries for that window. The terms below protect both your reservation and the artisans, staff, and partners we commit on your behalf.
A 30% non-refundable booking deposit secures your event date. This deposit covers reserved staffing, vendor commitments, and administrative planning, and is forfeited in full upon any cancellation regardless of timing.
If you cancel more than 30 days before your event date, you forfeit only the 30% booking deposit. Any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded within 14 business days.
Cancellations made within 30 days of your event date may result in forfeiture of the FULL contract balance. At this point, staff, vendors, and product orders have been committed and cannot be recovered.
Cancellations made within 10 days of your event date incur a mandatory 50% forfeiture of the total contract balance, in addition to the non-refundable booking deposit. This applies to all cancellations EXCEPT those caused by extreme weather (see below). Final payment is due no later than 14 days before the event.
If your event cannot safely proceed due to a verifiable extreme weather event (National Weather Service warnings, state of emergency declarations, evacuation orders, hurricanes, blizzards, tornadoes, or similar), the 10-day 50% forfeiture is waived. We will work with you in good faith to reschedule to a mutually available date within 12 months at no additional booking fee. The original deposit and any payments transfer to the new date.
Date changes outside the extreme weather clause are subject to availability and must be requested at least 30 days before the original event date. One complimentary reschedule is permitted per booking; subsequent changes may incur a re-coordination fee.
In the extraordinarily rare event we must cancel your booking, you will receive a 100% refund of all monies paid, including the booking deposit. We will also assist in sourcing a replacement vendor where possible.
