Terms of Service

Your service relationship is with True Growth Celebrations LLC, 1337 W 43rd St, Ste B #2015, Houston, TX 77018, phone +1 (888) 949-9605. You must have legal capacity to purchase, or authority to act for your organization. Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized account use. Staffing applications and inquiries do not guarantee work, hours, income or confirmed staffing.

Digital products include Academy courses and downloadable guides. A verified purchase grants access only to the purchased content, subject to the product description and these terms. Course and bundle offers are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Guide purchases supply the buyer PDF only, not publisher briefs or editable source files. Buying a course does not itself confer graduation: instructional completion, a passing written assessment and any required authorized practical assessment are separate requirements. Certificates do not replace TABC, food-handler credentials, professional licenses or accreditation. Availability of unfinished products is not a promise of launch.

For orders processed through Paddle: “Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.” This disclosure applies to Paddle-processed digital orders, not separate event contracts or Shopify merchandise orders. Payment, billing, applicable taxes and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. The checkout identifies the processor and final total. Our digital offers do not renew automatically; subscription cancellation or plan upgrade/downgrade terms do not apply. Test checkout does not charge real money. Public sales open only when expressly enabled.

Our Digital Refund Policy governs eligible digital orders; event cancellation terms do not apply to digital purchases. A full refund ends future access to the refunded purchase, without removing unrelated purchases or separately assigned employee training. A PDF already downloaded cannot be recalled. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.

True Growth Celebrations LLC and its licensors retain ownership of the service, course materials, guides, software, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal learning or internal business planning. Do not resell, redistribute, publish protected lessons or examination materials, share paid account access or circumvent access limits. Nothing transfers ownership of our intellectual property.

Do not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud, send spam, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, upload malware, interfere with security, probe systems without authorization, scrape protected content, impersonate others or falsify assessment or employment records. You are responsible for having rights to information you submit and for lawful use of the service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may maintain, correct or update the service while respecting applicable law and purchased rights. Training and guides provide educational information, not legal, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice. Verify information relevant to your situation with qualified professionals. We do not guarantee earnings, employment, business results or advancement.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where appropriate and legally required, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. Termination does not eliminate statutory refund or privacy rights; records may be retained under our Privacy Notice.
