Meet Arthur Bolton
I'm Arthur Bolton. I built True Growth because I know what it means to need another opportunity — I have needed one myself.
"My path wasn't traditional. I've experienced success, setbacks, incarceration, rebuilding, fatherhood, hospitality work, unemployment, entrepreneurship, and the reality of having to prove myself again. True Growth came from those experiences. I learned that an opportunity can help someone today, but knowledge, skills, discipline, and professional development can change what someone is capable of doing tomorrow."
That lesson became a business model. We recruit, train, develop, deploy, and promote hospitality professionals — and we hold them to a standard clients can count on.
The Road to True Growth
Arthur's path to entrepreneurship was not traditional. His working life has moved through hospitality, fine dining, serving, bartending, banquets, food service, event operations, logistics, customer service, and leadership roles in and outside the industry.
It has also included setbacks: incarceration, rebuilding, unemployment, fatherhood, mistakes, and the reality of having to prove himself again. Those chapters are not the headline. What they produced is.
