Privacy Notice

True Growth Celebrations LLC is the data controller for personal information we process through TrueGrowth.live, True Growth Staffing and True Growth Academy. This notice covers applicants, staff, clients, learners and customers.

Effective October 24, 2026

Information and purposes

We collect contact and profile information (name, email, phone and address) to manage accounts, inquiries and orders. Login information and authentication records support account security. Applications, resumes, qualifications, availability, interview and onboarding records support recruitment and assignments. Scheduling, payroll setup and work records support employment administration and legal obligations. Event requirements and client communications support quotes and bookings. Course enrollment, lesson progress, assessment answers, practical results and certificates support training and certification records. Support messages help us resolve requests. Device, browser, IP address and usage or diagnostic records help secure and maintain the service. We do not request photos or videos of applicants, hires or clients.

Academy account security and usage

Academy administrators can review account access start times, last-seen times, Academy page paths, estimated active time, browser-reported device and operating-system details, and blocked or replaced sessions to investigate account sharing and protect licensed content. A random browser binding supports one-browser-at-a-time access. Active time is estimated from server-received check-ins while the page is visible, focused and recently used; it is not proof of learning or misconduct. We do not capture what you type, screenshots, audio, video, precise location or hardware serial numbers for this monitoring. Browser reports can be inaccurate or changed. These security records are restricted to administrators and retained only as needed for security investigations, disputes and applicable legal obligations; contact us to exercise the rights below.

Legal bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform a contract or take requested steps before a contract; to meet employment, tax, accounting and other legal obligations; for legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, service operation and responding to inquiries; and with consent where required for optional marketing or non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Who receives information

Access is limited to personnel and recipients who need information for the stated purposes. Service providers may process information for hosting and storage (Lovable Cloud), account authentication, email, SMS communications (including Twilio), payment processing and operational support. Relevant staffing information may be shared with clients when needed to arrange an assignment. For digital orders processed by Paddle, we share order and customer identifiers with Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sales, payment, billing, invoicing, tax compliance and refund handling. Paddle also processes information under its own privacy notice at https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy. Shopify may process merchandise cart and checkout information where a Shopify checkout is offered. We may share information with professional legal or accounting advisers, or authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

We retain account, application, communication and service records only while needed for the purposes described, including maintaining active services, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. Order, employment, payroll, tax and training records may need to remain after an account closes for legally required retention periods or to substantiate certificates. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it. You can contact us for the retention period applicable to your record or request deletion; legally required records may be retained with restricted access.

Your rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to your information, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of processing or objection to certain processing, and withdrawal of consent. Where available, you may appeal a refused request or complain to the relevant privacy authority. Contact us through the Contact page or call +1 (888) 949-9605. We may verify your identity using existing account information, never a photo or video request, and respond within applicable legal deadlines. Some requests may be limited by employment, accounting or other legal duties.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encrypted transport, access controls, authenticated accounts, restricted private file access and role-based permissions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential cookies and browser storage maintain sign-in, security, cart and service preferences. Payment and checkout providers may use their own cookies. Diagnostic or usage technologies may support service reliability. Any optional analytics or marketing cookies requiring consent must remain disabled until consent is obtained. You can manage cookies through your browser and withdraw previously given optional consent; blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or checkout.
