Submit a booking request and meet with our team to design your event. No payment required.
Receive a tailored proposal within 48 hours of consultation, itemized to your selections.
Sign the contract and secure your date with a non-refundable deposit. Your date is held only after both are received.
Remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your event. Late payments may forfeit the booking.
Our team arrives, sets up, and delivers your celebration. Gratuity is appreciated and at host's discretion.
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 10 days of the event incur a 50% forfeiture of the total balance, unless due to extreme weather. Cancellations within 30 days of the event may forfeit the full balance. Specific terms are finalized in your signed contract.
