Cancellation Terms — Please Review

  • •30% booking deposit is non-refundable upon contract signing.
  • •Cancellations within 10 days of the event incur a 50% forfeiture of the total balance.
  • •Cancellations within 30 days may forfeit the full balance.
  • •Extreme weather exception: the 10-day 50% rule is waived for verifiable extreme weather events (NWS warnings, evacuation orders, hurricanes, blizzards, tornadoes). We'll reschedule at no booking fee.

    Booking Deposit & Contract

    Sign the contract and secure your date with a non-refundable deposit. Your date is held only after both are received.

    Final Balance

    Remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your event. Late payments may forfeit the booking.

    Event Day

    Our team arrives, sets up, and delivers your celebration. Gratuity is appreciated and at host's discretion.
