Cancellation Terms — Please Review

•30% booking deposit is non-refundable upon contract signing.
•Cancelling 11–30 days before the event forfeits 50% of the total, with your deposit credited toward it.
•Cancelling 10 days or fewer before the event forfeits 100% of the total.
•Extreme weather exception: the 50% and 100% forfeitures are waived for verifiable extreme weather events (NWS warnings, evacuation orders, hurricanes, blizzards, tornadoes). We'll reschedule at no booking fee.

I acknowledge the cancellation policy: the 30% non-refundable booking deposit, the 50% forfeiture for cancellations 11–30 days before the event and 100% within 10 days (waived only for verifiable extreme weather), and that the final balance is due no later than 14 days before the event.
